How to cook it
- Place the 2 canned peach halves cut side up on a serving plate to form the nests.
- Spoon the 1 oz low-fat cottage cheese evenly into the hollow center of each peach half.
- Scatter the 1 tablespoon raisins on top of the cottage cheese to resemble eggs, and serve.
