1. Heat your oven to 375 °F.
2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease the surface with oil.
3. Mix the flour and salt inside a plastic bag.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the bag and shake until they are evenly coated.
5. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake the chicken for 45 minutes.
7. Whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and rosemary in a small bowl.
8. Drizzle the honey mixture over the chicken pieces.
9. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
