2. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
3. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds from the center.
4. Dice the cucumber into small, bite-sized pieces.
5. Fold the chopped cucumber, garlic, and any desired seasonings into the yogurt and cheese mixture until well combined.
