- 2 cupslow-fat vanilla yogurt
- 123-ounce paper cups

How to cook it
- Whisk the thawed orange juice concentrate and low-fat vanilla yogurt together in a medium bowl until completely smooth and uniform in color.
- Arrange the 12 paper cups side by side on a baking sheet, then divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the cups.
- Tightly cover the tops of the cups with a sheet of aluminum foil, make a small slit through the foil over the center of each cup, and insert a wooden popsicle stick down into the mixture.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until the popsicles are frozen solid, about 4 hours.
- Briefly run warm water over the outside of each paper cup to loosen it, peel away the cup, and serve.
