Как готовить

1. Clean the sweet potatoes and microwave them until completely tender.
2. Peel the cooked sweet potatoes once cool enough to handle, place them in a medium bowl, and mash thoroughly with a fork.
3. Crush the breadcrumbs finely using a rolling pin or jar on a cutting board, then transfer them to a shallow dish.
4. Divide and shape the mashed sweet potato into six small patties.
5. Dredge each patty through the crushed crumbs until evenly coated.
6. Warm the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
7. Cook the patties in the hot oil until nicely browned on both sides.
