A Kubbord recipe
Steps written by Kubbord
What goes in
- 200 gchocolate
- 175 gbutter
- 250 gsugar
- 3eggs
- 100 gflour
How to cook it
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and set out a 20x20 cm (8x8-inch) baking pan.
- Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water over low heat, stirring occasionally for 3 to 5 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together for 3 to 4 minutes until pale, thick, and increased in volume.
- Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture and the flour into the egg mixture until just combined and no dry flour streaks remain.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, until the edges are set, the center still wobbles slightly, and the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan for 30 minutes to firm up before slicing and serving.
