A Kubbord recipe

What goes in

Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking sheets with paper.
Beat the soft butter and sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and a few drops of vanilla.
Stir in the flour, ½ teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt, then the chocolate chips (or a bar, chopped).
Put spoonfuls on the sheets, well apart, and bake for 10 minutes, until golden at the edges and still soft in the middle.
