How to cook it
- Open the can of tuna and thoroughly drain away all the liquid using the can lid or a fine-mesh strainer.
- Transfer the drained tuna to a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and sweetcorn, and stir with a fork until completely combined.
- Lay out the slices of bread on a flat work surface.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly over one slice of bread, then place the second slice on top to close the sandwich.
