2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Form the mixture into approximately 24 individual meatballs.
4. Place the meatballs onto baking sheets coated with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
6. Verify the internal temperature with a food thermometer, ensuring it reaches 160 °F for beef or 165 °F for turkey.
7. If storing for later, cool the meatballs quickly, portion them into containers, and place them in the freezer.
