3. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and apportion the meat mixture evenly into each cup.
4. Bake for about 1 hour, making sure the center of the meatloaf registers an internal temperature of 160 °F.
5. Let the tins rest briefly before turning out the meatloaves.
