Savory Meatloaf Muffins
Based on a recipe from Kids a Cookin’ Kansas Family Nutrition Program, via USDA MyPlate Kitchen
What goes in
- 1egg
- ½ cupnon-fat milk
- ¾ cupoats
- 1 lblean ground beef
- 44.4 mlchopped onion
- 2½ mlsalt
- ½ cupgrated cheese
How to cook it
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
- Thoroughly combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and apportion the meat mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for about 1 hour, making sure the center of the meatloaf registers an internal temperature of 160 °F.
- Let the tins rest briefly before turning out the meatloaves.
